I recently purchased the agility ladder, dvd package. As soon as I got this package, I used it right away, I already knew some agility ladder drills but the DVD helped me out. I have to be honest I would have given this a FIVE star if the DVD was of a higher production quality. It really is kinda cheaply made, no label is put on it so if you’re trying to find it and are in a hurry good luck! The material on the DVD makes up for its lack of polish though.

I’ve paid over $200 for a custom pair of orthodics. After a couple of years my hips started hurting. I visited a new, much younger (new school/not old school) podiatrist. He turned me onto Super Feet. These are the best. I have a pair for my casual/running shoes and a pair for my heels.

As someone who loves her high heels more than her feet do, I was excited about these inserts. I bought these cleats for my daughter, and she loves them. They are light and comfortable as well as nice looking. We have found that Puma shoes and cleats seem to run a little small, and so buying one size larger than her usual shoe size worked well for my daughter. Would definitely recommend these cleats to any player who is at a beginning to intermediate level of play.
